Sweet and Savory sandwich made with sweet pulled pork, topped with a tangy cole slaw. Delicious and so easy to make.

Ingredients
  1. 2 Lb Pork Tenderloin
  2. 6-12 oz cans of Root Beer
  3. 1 tsp Black Pepper (freshly ground)
  4. 1 tsp Lawry's Seasoning Salt
  5. 4 Garlic Cloves (whole)
  6. 4 Bay Leaves
  7. 20 oz Barbeque Sauce of choice (I like Sweet Baby Ray's). Can add more if desired.
  8. Dinner rolls
  9. 1/2 Head Cabbage
  10. 6 Sprigs Green Onion (small dice)
  11. 2 Celery Stalks (small dice)
  12. 1 Tbs Parsley (finely chopped)
  13. 1 Tbs Cilantro (finely chopped)
  14. 2 Cloves Garlic (minced)
  15. 1 tsp Aleppo Pepper (or 1/2 tsp ground cayenne)
  16. 1 Tbs Apple Cider Vinegar
  17. 1 Tbs Dijon Mustard
  18. 3 Tbs Mayonnaise
  19. Salt & Pepper to taste
Instructions
  1. Cut the tenderloin in half and place into a crock pot and add all cans of root beer.
  2. Add the black pepper, seasoning salt, garlic cloves and bay leaves.
  3. Plug in crock pot and set temperature to high. Close lid and let cook for 5 hours.
  4. In the meantime, make the coleslaw.
  5. Finely cut the cabbage and place in a medium bowl.
  6. Add diced green onions, celery, parsley, cilantro, minced garlic, aleppo pepper, vinegar, mustard and mayonnaise.
  7. Add salt & pepper to taste.
  8. Mix well and place in the refrigerator.
  9. After 5 hours, turn off the crock pot and remove the pork from the pot.
  10. Let cool for 20 min.
  11. Once cooled, start shredding by hand and place in a large bowl.
  12. Add the barbecue sauce and mix well.
  13. Now the fun part, Split a dinner roll in half.
  14. Place the pork on the roll and top off with coleslaw.
  15. Enjoy!
Notes
  1. Tip: If you don't like root beer, you can use cola instead.
